Magellan is an electronic artist, remixer, and performance DJ. While living in Europe for a season he was introduced to electronic music where he worked with several artists. Seeing the electronic music revolution that was taking place there, he saw a unique opportunity to blend the electronic genre with what he knew about contemporary pop music produvction. " I believe it's only a matter of time before the electronica genre is more widely embraced by mainstream culture in the U.S." --Magellan. His style can be compared to such artists as Paul Van Dyke, Armin Van Buren and Tiesto . Magellan is signed to the Club DreamLab label. He has two records out with them and is currently in the studio working on his third release "New Frontiers" due out early 2011.
